object series

This is my object series. i chose to use a scarf and use differant styles . if you look  at my piece i thought it would be a little more interesting to have the two sides more seperate rather than evenly , so its thow side of four pictures but not in any order. i overall wish i did more then one scarf to be cooler alothough i didnt i still feel like its nice like thisl.

Surrealism

This is what i did for my surrealism project. there is no reason for doing this i just thought up the idea and went along with it. i got all but 0ne body off the internet one is my body because i had to have my own photo in it and for the scanned photo i chose to scan the birds only because there flying away as if something is coming towards everyone and they all have differnt emotions expressed to show how they feel about what is coming towards them. overasll i like this a lot, its one of my favorite photos.

Artist Review

Siegfried Zademack was born in Bremen Germany on December 24, 1952. Freelance artist since 1980. Several artshows of his work in and outside his homecountry. Siegfried Zademack's surrealistic visionary paintings make recipients and reviewers wonder. The arrangement of his pictorial thoughts immensely exceeds a realistic reproduction. His pictures allow us to slip in metaphysical dimensions, between humorous irony and the unfathomable deepness of our souls.
Manuel Archain was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1983.He started his studies when he was 5, sculpture, drawing and painting at his mother’s studio, the artist Silvina Viaggio. At the age of 13 he ads to his drawing studies a comic background, studying with Carlos Pedrazzini. At the same time he starts his work as a photographer in a practical way, working with different professionals, from here he evolves in his art achieving a personal style. At age of 17 he started to work on commercials, movies and video clips in the art department and as a photographer.Has been assistant photographer of Peter Rad, Blinkk, Samuel Bayer, Tony Kaye, Marc Trautmann, Michael Haussman.Since 2004 he works as a professional photographer for advertising and cinema.

Artist name:Siegfried Zademack
Title of work: Irrläufer(crazy runner)
Date:1991
Description: chess pieces are scattered around a dessert. A man wearing a rob is carrying a cross on his back, it seems heavy and he is walking across the dessert through the chess pieces.
Analysis: The sky was most likely done first and then the ground and the objects in the piece.
Interpretation: I feel this piece shows a game which represents obstacles in the way of the man in the back rounds life which deal with religion, from the cross shown. I think that maybe his religion is really important but the obstacles are challenging his faith, explain why the cross appears to be heavy to carry.

Artist name: Manuel Archain

Interpretation: This shows a computer nerd because of his face and clothing.

Theresa and her toungue

Photography is a way of art that lets us express our emotions. with my Picture series i changed all the photos to black and white which gave it a differant feel, and then i put a pop of color into it too. I like the picture series because it is unique and something a have never done before

Artist Inspirations

Terry O’Neill

I like Terry O’Neill because he photographs a lot of famous people in different ways. I also like Black and white photos.

Scott Rhea
I love his photos! These are my favorite Photos. There really cool how he has them completely underwater with weird props

Michael Massaia
I like his work because it’s dark and scary. All his photos are really clear.

Susan Burnstine
Susan Burstine has all blurry Photos and its interesting that you can’t see the people very good and it’s also creepy which I like.
Marc Dumas
I think Marc Dumas has a cool way of photographing, I like that he takes underwater Photos and action shots of the people jumping.
